Leaderboard entries and shared results are publicly visible. By submitting a leaderboard score or generating a share link, you consent to that content being accessible to other users.

We reserve the right to remove leaderboard entries or disable share links at any time, for any reason, including abuse or data correction.

We strive to ensure all moment data, player names, years, and teams are accurate. However, Momentle makes no warranty that all sports information is error-free or complete.

We may add, modify, suspend, or remove features at any time without notice. Game modes, scoring systems, and content may change as the product evolves. We are not liable for any inconvenience or loss resulting from service changes.

The Momentle name, logo, game design, and original content are owned by Momentle. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

Historical sports facts, player names, and team references used on this site are not claimed as our intellectual property.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Momentle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
