Momentle is a sports trivia, ranking, and puzzle game designed for entertainment purposes. It is not a gambling platform, betting service, or official sports information source.

Historical moments, player names, team references, and statistics used in the game are drawn from publicly available sports records and are used solely for educational and entertainment purposes.

You can play Momentle without an account. Creating an account is optional and lets you save your progress across devices. You may sign in using an email magic link or a third-party provider (Google, Apple, or X).

• ·You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use the Service.
• ·You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping access to your email and sign-in provider secure.
• ·You agree to provide accurate information, including a display name and username that are not misleading, offensive, or impersonating another person.
• ·We may suspend or terminate accounts, remove usernames, or revoke access for violations of these Terms or for abuse, at our discretion.

You agree not to:

• ·Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from the Service.
• ·Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
• ·Abuse, manipulate, or artificially inflate leaderboard scores.
• ·Create accounts using someone else’s identity, or share or sell accounts.
• ·Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service.
• ·Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Leaderboard entries and shared results are publicly visible. By submitting a leaderboard score or generating a share link, you consent to that content being accessible to other users.

We reserve the right to remove leaderboard entries or disable share links at any time, for any reason, including abuse or data correction.

We strive to ensure all moment data, player names, years, and teams are accurate. However, Momentle makes no warranty that all sports information is error-free or complete.

If you spot an inaccuracy, please contact us and we will investigate.

We may add, modify, suspend, or remove features at any time without notice. Game modes, scoring systems, and content may change as the product evolves. We are not liable for any inconvenience or loss resulting from service changes.

The Momentle name, logo, game design, and original content are owned by the Operator. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

Historical sports facts, player names, and team references used on this site are not claimed as our intellectual property.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Momentle and its Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Momentle is an independent sports trivia and ranking game. Momentle is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NBA, NFL, any team, league, player, or players association. All names and historical references are used for identification and commentary purposes only.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in California shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that is not resolved through good-faith negotiation, and you consent to venue in those courts.
